There’s one thing Linda Woods-Hoyte, Annette Larkin and Mimi Kirk share in common. All three are in their 70’s, but they look like they are in their forties. These ladies were on the Steve Harvey Show and they gave different tips for anti-aging where Annette addressed juicing, Mimi addressed the raw, and Linda exercise.

Linda is a National and International Bodybuilding champion with 27 years of body building experience.

“Coming from a track and field and dance background of my youth, I discovered bodybuilding at age 39 and it changed my life. To me it is the most exacting, fascinating, demanding, selfish, disciplined sport I know of and I love it!!” says Linda.

Annette says it was an honor to share the stage with these lovely-spirited women who have the same goal as I, which is to spread the word that although aging is inevitable, we are able to maintain a psychological, physiological, and spiritual soundness, consequently, promoting optimum health.

Mimi is a mother of four children and 7 grandchildren.

Since winning the title of the “Sexiest Vegetarian over 50″, and so many people asking her secrets on health and longevity, she thought this was an opportunity to share her life and possibly help others to transition into eating a plant based raw food diet, “feeling like you’re in your 20s at 75, is quite an amazing thing. I accredit this youthful look and spirit not only to my attitude, but really to my way of eating which is a raw vegan – living foods lifestyle.” say Mimi.

Mimi is a raw food chef and released her best selling cookbook Live Raw in 2013.
