How To Make Turmeric Golden Milk Recipe

Turmeric Golden Milk is an easy way to bring all the benefits from this golden-yellow spice into your daily life.

Turmeric originated  in India and is a multi-talented remedy known from the ancient ayurvedic tradition that reliefs  joint and muscle pain, is anti-bacterial & anti-parasitic, improves digestion and has even carcinogen blocking effects.

Turmeric Golden Milk:

Take 1/4 cup turmeric powder

Mix with 1/2 cup pure water and simmer over medium-high heat for at least 7 minutes,

Stir constantly. As the water reduces a thick yellow paste forms. If it get’s too dry, just add additional water. After letting it cool down, fill the paster into a glass jar and put it in the refridgerator. Usually the paste is good for up to a month.

Add 1 tsp. to 1 cup. warm vegan milk (rice, almond or coconut milk), maple syrup or honey for the taste and 1/2 tsp. of almond or coconut oil.
